			閥桿升降不靈或開關不動:   
        
 原因：   
        
 1.冷態時關得太緊受熱后脹死或全開后太緊;   
        
 2.填料壓得過緊;   
        
 3.閥桿間隙太小而脹死;   
        
 4.閥桿與絲母配合過緊，或配合絲扣損壞;   
        
 5.填料壓蓋壓偏;   
        
 6.門桿彎曲;   
        
 7.介質溫度過高，潤滑不良，閥桿嚴重銹蝕   
        
 處理：   
        
 1.對閥體加熱后用力緩慢試開或開足并緊時再稍關;   
        
 2.稍松填料壓蓋后試開;   
        
 3.適當增大閥桿間隙;   
        
 4.更換閥桿與絲母;   
        
 5.重新調整填料壓蓋螺栓;   
        
 6.校直門桿或進行更換;
